I had some problems understanding about the shipment, but everything turns out great. The package took about 2 weeks for shipping from Taiwan to USA (VA). When I first got the jade, it was exactly what it show in the picture and maybe even better. I look forwarding in buying more of your lovely jade.

The bracelet was beautiful in person and wonderfully packaged, but after only 30 minutes of wear (sitting at my computer) one of the sterling wires broke and the bracelet fell apart. I should have contacted the company, but I just let it go, thus I cannot fairly say whether this is unusual or remark on their return/customer satisfaction transactions. If I were to purchase something in the future I'd choose a different style.

1. Shiipping as expected 4 days via USPS.

2. Great quality, even better than I expeccted or the photo showed, especially you can feel the careful mind, it was placed in a silk pouch, warped with soft paper in a plastic bag.

3. I Just placed another order for my family members, while a discount still available.
